Shipping Policy

soleNVE.com has partnered with the US Postal Service for convenient and fast service! With the USPS you may ship to a street address or a P.O Box. Our warehouse from where we ship is located in the Greater Philadelphia, PA region. 

Standard Shipping is a flat rate fee of $9.95 (up to 8 pounds) and will be shipped using Priority Mail.  Delivery time from ship date is 2-4 days, depending on location.

• Orders 8.1 to 12 pounds will incur a $14.95 Flat Rate fee for shipping. 
• Orders 12.1 to 25 pounds will incur a $19.95 Flat Rate fee for shipping.

Express Expedited Shipping is a Flat Rate fee of $39.95 (up to 8 pounds) and will be shipped using Priority Mail Express. Delivery time from the ship date is 1-2 days, depending on location.

• Orders 8.1 to 12 pounds will incur a $44.95 Flat Rate fee for Express shipping.
• Orders 12.1 to 25 pounds will incur a $49.95 Flat Rate fee for Express shipping.

ORDER SHIPPING NOTE:

For our Payroll Allotment customers, shipping will not occur until pending order has received approval and employment verification. 

Signature Required Packages:

Please note for high value orders ($500 and over) we ship your package with Signature Required to insure you receive your order. We will email you to let you know, and if the Postal Service Carrier comes when you are not home, you may either take the slip they left at your door/in your mailbox to your Post Office to pick up your package or go to www.usps.com to schedule a delivery time that is convenient for you. If you would like your order to be shipped with Signature Required (we recommend during Holiday Shipping Season or if you reside in an apartment complex) please email us at customerservice@solenve.com letting us know you need Signature Required, with your name and Order Number.
